This restaurant was another pleasant surprise. I also expected terrible food, but we thought it was completely decent. Maybe not 5 star, but better than okay.
The best surprise was allergy safe nuggets on the menu. Our daughter would have been happy with the other choices too, but she was thrilled to see allergy safe nuggets and I think for a kids restaurant this was really special. She’s not a “nugget only kid”, but it was a treat for her, that maybe “nugget kids” would take for granted. I can’t even find allergy safe nuggets at home, unless I make them myself.
Chef Edson, was another top chef! He made her a great dessert out of the ice cream/cookies they had ( and a safe cupcake I brought for her). Her dessert actually trumped our other daughter’s birthday cupcake and peanut butter s’more thing she ordered.

Can you tell if the chicken nuggets/tenders were premade at CRT…they look like tenders and not processed?
I’m not certain, but most likely they are the chicken tenders by AllergyFree Foods.
